To create Instagram Reels:

1. Open the Instagram app and navigate to the camera screen by tapping on the camera icon at the top-left corner or swiping right from your feed.

2. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see different options like Live, Story, Reels, etc. Tap on "Reels."

3. You'll now be in the Reels camera mode. Here, you can record a new video by tapping and holding the capture button. You can also upload a video from your gallery by tapping on the gallery icon.

4. While recording, you can use various creative tools like adding music, text, stickers, and effects. Explore these options by tapping on the respective icons on the left side of the screen.

5. Once you've recorded or selected your video, you can edit it further by trimming, adding effects, adjusting the speed, etc.

6. After you're satisfied with your Reel, tap on the arrow icon at the bottom-right corner.

7. On the next screen, you can add a caption, hashtags, tag friends, and choose whether to share it to your Reels tab only or also to your feed.

8. Finally, tap on "Share" to publish your Reel.
